Ha-13a Aircraft Engine

The Hitachi Ha-13a was a low-power air-cooled nine-cylinder radial engine that was essentially a supercharged Ha-13. It was known as the Type 98 in Army service and as the Amakaze 21 or GK2E in Navy service. The joint designation was [Ha-23]21, indication a bore of 140 mm and a stroke of 130 mm.
